Explore the mysterious world of sparkling wine production. What is the difference between a Crémant, Pet-Nat, Champagne, and Prosecco? How are these made and what makes them taste differently? Jump into the height of the season with a wild assortment of beautiful sparkling wines and the informational chops to know what you’re drinking! What makes Champagne so expensive (and so delicious) anyways? Students will have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of beautiful sparkling while learning about the history, geography and technique behind the magic that makes bubbles everyone’s favorite drink (or Coco Chanel’s, at the very least).
