Everyone wants an answer to this question or at the very least, wants to know where the natural wine IS. People love and hate natural wine. Sometimes both! The term “natural wine” has become so pervasive in the world of wine in the last decade that winemakers, farmers, and retailers have clamored to stay ahead of the curve and remain current (hip, even). However, natural wine has been with us for a very long time. In this class, the idea and definition of natural wine will be explored and discussed, as we indulge our senses in a broad scope of wines that may be defined as such. Come with an open mind and ready to joyfully explore!
