So you like wine but are uncertain how to taste and talk about it. Our Wine 101 class is here to make things clear and approachable! In this 2-hour class, we will dig into the big, intimidating world of wine terminology and taste, giving students a chance to learn how to taste and talk about wine with confidence, savvy, and enjoyment. We will engage in easy tasting and sensory training through a variety of international and domestic bottles chosen to illuminate the discussion. Students will leave this class feeling more confident in their ability to open, assess, and enjoy a bottle of wine anywhere they go. Let’s drink wine together, shall we?
