We have a hunch that you’re at least a little interested in wine or you wouldn’t be here – and we are thrilled! Our Wine Basics class approaches the big, intimidating world of wine and seeks to give students a chance to learn how to approach tasting and buying wine with confidence, humor, and enjoyment. In this 2-hour class, we will engage in easy tasting and sensory training while exploring a variety of international and domestic bottles chosen to illuminate the discussion. Students will leave this class feeling more confident in their ability to open, assess, and enjoy a bottle of wine as well as shop the supermarket wine aisle with style. Let’s drink wine together, shall we?
